What surprised you most about this article?
What do you think is the author's purpose? Inform, entertain, or persuade?
They don't no other people and they are shy if they have autism. I think it is a little bit positive because you are good in math when you have autism and youn don't know people. I am surprised about that when you have autism you are smart at math and the brain makes him smart at math.

People with autism are shy and because of that they cat talk to other people. Kids or students who have autism have better math skills than normal people. Autism people can't understand what mood we are in. This is a positive thing because just because they are different doesn't mean they cant be like us. At least they can do better at math than us because autism kids scored 125 and the normal people scored 100. What I found surprising is that autism scored a higher score than we did in math.

What surprised me is the children with autism turned out to have better math skills. I think the author purpose is inform us because it gives us real information.

I couldn't believe that the autistic children used a part of the brain that's supposed to interpret their sight as a part that helps them with math!
The author wrote this article to inform you of how autism improves math skills of autistic kids.

I was suprised that the autism children have different ways to do math because my brother is really good and explains why my brother is counting with his fingers.I think the author's purpose is to inform.
